We stand behind every Olira product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a return:

Conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items should be in their original condition. Light use for testing purposes is expected and will not affect your eligibility for a refund.
Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at getolira@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Bundle Returns:

If you purchased a multi-cushion bundle and wish to return the entire bundle, the same 30-day policy applies. Partial bundle returns (returning some units but keeping others) will be refunded at the individual unit price of $59.99 per cushion returned.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation, check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still haven't received it, contact us at getolira@gmail.com and we'll investigate.
