Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

All delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date.

Where We Ship:

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking:

Every order includes a tracking number sent to the email address you provide at checkout. You can also track your order at any time at tryolira.com/apps/track123.

Shipping Delays:

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or high-volume periods. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the ship date, contact us at getolira@gmail.com and we will investigate or issue a replacement.

Lost Packages:

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address:

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at no extra charge, but delivery timelines will reset.
