Thank you for shopping with Olira. This policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping times & rates
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Shipping is free on all US orders.
- Estimated delivery is 1–2 weeks from the date of shipment.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order leaves our facility, transit times are controlled by the carrier and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
Delays, lost, or stolen packages
Olira is not liable for carrier delays. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at getolira@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve it.
