Refund & Returns Policy
At Olira, we stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
- Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
How to start a return
Email getolira@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please do not ship items back before contacting us — unauthorised returns cannot be processed or refunded.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds cover the product price only, not shipping costs.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Not eligible for return
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
- Items that are used, washed, or not in their original condition.
- Items returned without prior authorisation.
